Barn Wood PatinaDeep™ Flooring

take a look at another wood floor

This antique wood previously was employed as siding boards on barns; the original rough sawn texture has been tempered by decades of weathering which tend to remove the softer portions of the wood; the PatinaDeep™ product starts with the original weathering and texture; the face is brushed to remove loose debris, then skip planed and sanded to reveal some bright wood underneath; this process creates a floor full of texture and color with pops of the original wood showing through; nail holes and knots spice it up even more; this floor is very rustic, and seems to provide a link to the old American West; with a very soft surface, the floor will continue to show its age as it is put in use in its second life making it perfect for a mountain retreat or bunk house.
