Since all of this wood has had a previous home it contains nails and other fasteners that need to be removed before any millwork is done. There is no secret here, just metal detectors and some basic tools, hammers, claws, chisels and etc. along with some sweat and blood we get the wood free enough of metal to mill, and in the process grade the wood a second time.
