PreFinished Wood Flooring

Any of our smooth face floors can be prefinished; the equipment used to finish these floors is dialed to within a couple of thousands of an inch; with tolerances that tight the textured floors just don't fit

we offter two types of finishes: aluminum oxide and UV cured oil

the aluminum oxide is applied as a build up on the surface of the wood and is an increadibly hard and durable product; this finish is formulated and applied at the leading edge of floor finish technology, and it comes with a 20 year wear guarantee from the out source we use to apply the finish; this finish requires a micro-bevel on the wood as pictured

the UV Cured oil is the same environmentally friendly product which we use to site finish our samples; the prefinished product penetrates the wood and is given greater hardness by the UV cure; while the finish is not nearly as durable as the aluminum oxide it is easy to refinish; the floor only needs to be cleaned and the finish applied, wiped off and given a day to cure; you can do it yourself
