Once you know what it is you want sent the information to us via the method above most comfortable to you; we'll help you refine the order so that you get the best product for the best possible price

order confirmation

we'll send you an order confirmation which will contain the product descriptions, quantities, prices and totals; just review the items on the order confirmation, sign and send back to us

payment terms

once you have sent us the signed order confirmation we'll then just need a deposit, usually 50% of the total on the order confirmation; once we have the deposit and confirmation your order will go into production; the remaining balance will be due when the order is complete

delivery

most orders will ship with a third party LTL (less than truckload) freight company; they will get the product to you and you will need to get it off the truck; sometimes we'll deliver the order ourselves; we love to get on site, meet you and see the project
